DOCUMENT is the term we use to describe text that you will want to use regularly within the system, for example:
- A standard renewal letter to be sent to members
- A booking acknowledgement for delegates
- A welcome letter to new customers
You can create an unlimited number of DOCUMENTS on the system for use within the system.
You can search for an existing document that you have previously created.
You can add an unlimited number of articles to the system.
The New Document screen has sections for you to complete.
