To edit the details of an existing user on the system:
- Click on the SETTINGS menu option on the main menu at the top of the page.
- Click on the USERS menu option. The system then displays the USER SUMMARY page and displays a list of the current users.
- Click on the name or ID of the user whose details you wish to edit. The system then displays the EDIT USER DETAILS page.
Edit User Details Page Fields
The page contains the following fields:
- Type in the user first name.
- Type in the user surname.
LINKED TO CONTACT
- Use the magnifying glass icon to select an existing contact to link to this user account.
- Type in the user email address.
- Type in the user mobile telephone number.
- Tick the user departments that you want to assign to the user.
Once you have updated the details as required, click on the SAVE button to save the details to the system database.
